From my limited experience, Sears Outlet probably has the best prices in the area, but be forewarned -- their service is awful.  I bought several appliances there and it was a hassle.  They often simply don't answer their phones, delivery was delayed twice, and when they finally delivered it was the wrong color dishwasher, which took another two weeks to sort out.

At least in the period I was looking, I was not very impressed with M&M's prices, but Jeff probably has worked with them more.  After my experience with Sears, I'd look there first.

I've used Castle Wholesalers. https://www.castlewholesalers.com/warehouse.html. I think they have some RTA, but they also have assembled at very good prices.

They have two warehouses -- one in Brentwood on the edge of NE DC and one in Baltimore. At the Brentwood location I bought the very same cabinets at 40% of the price Home Depot was offering.
