Hello everyone,

This is my first post here on BP. I am fairly new to RE investing here in the Tampa area, but have hit the ground running. I just finished up the BRRRR book by David(great easy read). I have so far purchased 4 properties in Tampa this year. Hopefully another 2-3 by year end. So far all have been more "turn key" besides the last 2. I have one being rehabbed now. I just put another under contract and am hoping for a few referrals or contacts here in the area for reputable(and reasonable) contractors to begin working with on these additional projects. Looking for someone who can handle(or sub) everything from knocking down walls and remodeling to painting or plumbing.
