Does anyone recommend a strong General Contractor in the Kansas City, Missouri area. Please recommend only if you have used them first hand and have experience with the GC.

Thank you for your help!

Rod,

I have invested in 12 notes on RealtyShares plate form and have had not had any issues. All payments have been on time and two of the notes have paid off in full. I have also invested in two other similar companies and I would reccomend RS. Good luck!

To everyone that responded I want to say thank you! This BP community is just great! This is definitely making me a better more informed knowledgeable investor.

The rest of the story is I passed on this house. Foundation issues, water issues and potential for more expensive cap ex kept me away!

Thanks a bunch to all of you!

@Ned Carey I like your honesty the school comment made me laugh! @Jerry W. thanks for pitching in I appreciate your comments.

I didn't put this in my original post, but looks like it should cash flow a tad over $300.00/month. Cash on cash 8% purchase cap rate 22%

Am I just trying to convince myself?

@Ned Carey all in cost is $65,000 does that make a difference in your opiniion? Should have $10,000 equity. @Ray Fisher I agree there is a shot at eating up cash flow with CapEx.

Thank all of you guys for your input!
