Hi guys,

Came across this great article about how to make 6 figures in real estate. Take a look at the link and the pdf link. Tell me what you think, honestly I think this would be good not only for beginners but also seasoned investors no matter where we are. Check it out

I don't quite fully understand the second link. Anybody want to shed light on that ?

Steph

@Engelo Rumora I totally believe in what you're saying. Property management is the key. What I am thinking about is only to invest in Canada and the US for now, nothing to crazy. I just want to know if you can really trust a property management company with your investments but it seems @Mike D'Arrigo knows exacly what he is doing and is talking about.

But do we agree guys if are investments are based in Canada or America we can manage are properties from afar with a great team ?

Shuai Zeng, yes I guess we can consider India but I'm thinking more of Canada and the US.

Hi guys,

Does anybody do long distance investing ? For instance owning property in another country or continent and really counting on property management.

Opinions or experiences, let me know
