I know there is a bunch of abandoned box stores with no tenants, but when I go to loopnet.com I see very little offered. Since I am thinking about investing in this sector I would like to find a resource that can show me all of the vacant box stores waiting for a new buyer?

Suggestions?

For the state of Colorado, I want to pull the tax records to see some of the Self Storage tax records. And see what they are being taxed at before I choose to look at investing?

Any idea how to pull the tax records to see how these units are classified? I have been on the state of Colorado county records and cannot figure out how to pull them?

Suggestions?

Hey Mark:

Maybe you can clarify for us. I have a good understanding where to go to look up the information I need (for delinquent taxes on land) however after reading some of the fellow BP post's, it sounds like most of the prospecting mail is "return to sender" thus it makes me skeptical in investing in your system.  Can you elaborate how your system is better than that with the automation you bring to the table?
