Hi Andy.  Not sure ultimately what Corpus will be like.  Its not our primary area, however I do have a house on the water down there so I am there frequently and if I find the right deals I wouldn't be apposed to picking up something there as well.

Hi Tim. Thanks for the welcome  We will likely do some pre wholesale deals as well as some flips etc but our long term goals is to develop a portfolio of rental properties.  San Antonio is definitely a good market.  Thanks again for the welcome and hope to talk again! 

Hello Everyone.  I come to the group as a long time investor but a new investor when it comes to doing it as an actual business.  I look forward to networking with other investors, hopefully gleaning ideas as well as sharing experiences and opportunities with others.  I look forward to getting to know everyone and hopefully doing deals with many of you over the years to come.
