Personally, I did over 250+ transactions (including STR, MF, SFH, LTR, RRs, Corporate leasing, Acquistions/Sales, Value-Adds, etc.) on and off market in 2023-to-date in our area. Thanks for the responses everyone! @Mickayla Fatovic I am currently looking to invest in single family homes. @Samuel Boyd I am not very familiar with the area but plan to be spending more time down there. I am fairly close to wanting to execute and am interested in some sort of live in BRRRR strategy. @Michael Smythe I did not specify because I have not decided which route makes the most sense for that area yet.
