One is one of the most popular places to retire in Canada. The other is one of the most popular places to live for younger generations and new immigrants. And unlike Vancouver area, GTA is career-focused, whereas Vancouver is of people who generally made their wealth already, and often send children to study in GTA area (and many often end up staying).

"What about your past experience was poor?"

Promised to take us look for homes, and if purchase through him, then commission. If another agent help us find what we want, then vice versa. We submitted offer for a place after first day looking at a few places in an area for a few hours. When we saw offer paperwork we didn't like the pages that says we are restricted to working with him for the whole region. He promised to retract it from the final offer documents...had us auto click initial all pages using DocuSign...... and boom, we he literally sued us as apparently he took that draft version to print as a buyers agreement....even pretended to be our best friends congratulating us on our purchase with other agent who we got our place after first day looking around and putting in an offer.

So yeah a year of lawsuits later no one won but he just wanted us to pay out of vengeance. GTA based. Sex may be male or female to keep anonymity.

I can recommend a good company if in Markham region but don't know any in Niagara...hope someone can help you out!

We have a fairly new property (4 bedroom 4 washroom, not including basement, <3 years old, all sides brick-walled detached home) in Niagara Falls, Ontario, 1 min drive from QEW high way, and are considering selling to put everything into a much better home for ourselves in North GTA, where we live. We've had pretty terrible experience ourselves when it comes to agents, so we are a bit put off doing this.

In terms of the speed (date on market) and all-inclusive services (cleaning + staging + selling), should we be looking at big companies like ReMax or Royal Lepage? Or other smaller options when it comes to the Niagara Region? Our reasoning is that perhaps the bigger companies would have better network for selling. Any suggestions or tips would be great!
