Dear BP community I have began researching real estate a few months back and it led me here. I started looking into wholesaling as a stepping stone up until I can earn enough for a down deposit on a rental property. And I am wondering should I become a licensed real estate agent for a year to gain common knowledge? Or should I only focus on wholesaling? Any response will be appreciated.

What's going on BP family? So I ran into an issue. As soon you all know I am starting up my wholesaling business to learn the ins and outs of real estate and earn income while doing so. I have a great cash buyers list going.(If any cash buyers would love to join my list just simply send me a message with your email) I want to know what do you guys recommend I do after I get a nice amount of cash buyers and a fair number of wholesalers?

PS: I'm in the Orlando Fl area any wholesalers feel free to communicate with me we maybe able to work together :D

I am fairly new to the Bigger Pockets community and also to wholesaling and I would love a few pointers. I have been reading and studying over the past couple of months. I am currently in the Orlando area and would love to meet up with other wholesalers or anyone else such as cash buyers or anyone I can work with and benefit from. I am also seeking for someone who will be able to work with me thru my future deals, contracts and closing deals etc..

Can anyone please give me a wholesale friendly closing attorney in the Orlando area? Someone you have dealt with in your previous deals. I'm looking for someone that can work with me and not be very demanding.

Good afternoon to everybody.

I am new to the Real Estate field. I am open to meeting new people. I am still in the learning stages but have seen major progress since I first started wholesaling and would like to hear how everybody else is doing in this field in general.

Any advice or comments is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
