@Alina Trigub I am just curious how to structure a JV with my relatives. Do I form a partnership, or LLC?

Or should we just be on title as Joint tenants? etc.

Thanks

@Chase Louderback

It is a 6 unit, so I guess an FHA is out of the question. Where can I read up a bit more on syndicating?

Since I do not have the capital to purchase the entire property myself - what is the best way to structure a partnership/llc if I want to buy a multi-family property - particularly while implementing an owner-move in eviction?

Thank you!

Post: Supplemental Taxes on a Multi-Unit Property

I have a question regarding supplemental property taxes. Let's say I have a multi-unit property that I renovated in 2018, thus I received a supplemental property tax bill due to the increased value.

Would it be accurate to add my 2018 supplemental property tax bill to my 2018 secured property tax bill to get a rough estimate of what my 2019 total property tax bill would be?

Thank you!
