@Tyler Caglia

We use a series LLC to house our properties under land trusts to make them anonymous. Our series LLC remains anonymous and only my husband and I knows about it. This series LLC has its own bank account. We have a traditional anonymous LLC where we do all operations through (collect rent, pay contractors, sign leases, etc.). This LLC has its own bank account as well.. After all bills are paid, we transfer the money to the series LLC bank account and transfer what we pay ourself from the series LLC to our personal bank account. We are really into anonymity since we manage all our properties. We also carry umbrella insurance on top of homeowners insurance. Hope this helps!
