I am new at this blogging so understand I may make some mistakes. I am a hard money broker in Pueblo West i have sources for my investors for loans $75,000 up but i am looking for money sources than want to lend under $75,000 for fix and hold up to 3 years they are willing to pay 12% plus 4 points. This market is going up fast and my investors want to tske the ride up. the rent are good and will still cash flow even paying those higher rates. 

I am also looking for private money for construction loans i have some builders that are building duplexes
