@Taylor L. Hi Taylor. I appreciate you responding. I found out all I wanted to know about this. Basically it was a unit 2 families owned together. 1 Family wanted to sell, one didn’t. It’s basically half ownership and works a bit like a time share in that we would only have “possession” for 26 weeks out of the year and are under contract that we cannot rent it out. I thought it sounded like something I didn’’t want to any part of but was finally able to verify the details and confirmed that I definitely don’t want any part of it. Thanks again!

Does anyone know anything about these type properties and what are the Pros/cons? It doesn’t sound like something I would be interested in but I just don’t now enough about it. Any help appreciated.
