Thanks @Russell Brazil! You're right, the more I'm researching it seems rentals are more work and less pay. I'm going to dive into my marketing and get creative reaching out to as many folks as possible!

Hi Shanel Wiggins! I read an article about a realtor who gets contracts with various property managers or homeowners to rent their properties with no upfront fee, but if the client they bring rents the property they get a fee, usually half or a percentage of the rent. Someone else suggested expired MLS listings as potential landlords. I'm just not sure how to approach,email or call to offer my services. And I was also wondering if there is a standard contract document out there, or one that could be tweeked,to use if a client does want to use you to find a renter.

Hello BP! I'm a new agent in MD. Any advice on how to get rentals to market? Also, can anyone recommend a BPO training course? BPOR is closed to new applications to become certified. Thanks!
