Welcome! I was running a women's investing meetup in the area pre-COVID. Right now I am working getting it started up again virtually. Would love to connect!

I am converting what was going to be an AirBNB property to a mid or long tern rental. What are ways to protect myself from the possibility that people may be looking to get into a place that for the foreseeable future they cannot be kicked out of? Anyone else nervous about this right now or in a similar situation?

I went through Colorado Real Estate School ( https://creschool.com/) and that seemed to do the trick. They also had tons of practice exams with questions almost identical to the real test. Best of luck!
