Beaumont has been appreciating over the past few years. It's so diverse. One side of town houses go for $60/sf. Then you go across I-10 and they run $120-130/sf. Mine is in a historic neighborhood but on the wrong side of I-10. So it goes for around $100/sf. I have homestead exemption. Taxes keep going up. Mine are around $4000.

Awesome. Fairhope seems like an amazing area. Once I get our situation figured out I'd love to connect with you on buying investments there. Right now I need to find the most affordable way to buy a house for  my family there.  Which is why i was checking out foreclosures.

I was ready to list one of my investment houses for rent in Beaumont when my husband told me we might be moving. So I figured selling it would be easier. He wants to keep a texas address. So that leaves either our primary residence or our townhouse rental. My primary could be used as 3 rentals i f you really wanted too. It has the main house, a mother inlawsuite and a tiny house in the backyard. And it's got 2.25% financing. But would keeping that house make getting another house hard. My investments are under my LLC. What would you do?

Ok so I know I need help but I'm not even sure how to ask for help. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction.  I live in Texas and my husband was just told he needs to go work in Alabama. I just starting investing. I have 3 houses in texas. Sold one. It closes in a week. Im thinking i need to sell 1 more and my personal residence. I actually have several options. Its too much to rattle on about on here. I want to buy a house in Fairhope, AL.  Possibly a pre-foreclosure or foreclosure . Ive found several there. I just need someone who could walk through all my options with me and help me navigate everything. I've only been learning investing for about 6 months. I'm too green to feel confident in my choices. Anybody willing to help?
