We nudged the price down to 26900 yesterday. Feedback is that the home is beautiful,  views are great. 2 people said the layout won't work for them (we have stairs).

Hi all! We are needing to relocate quickly for a job transfer out of state. Our home is 2 years old, has some upgrades, is on a lake, in a wonderful school district and is about 2 miles from the beach. We had a lot of showings right away, got great feedback but showing have dwindled significantly and we have no offers. Comps are difficult, per my realtor, because the neighborhood is very new. A non lakefront unit sold for 237ish recently. The house a few doors down is priced at 275k. I know it's early but I am concerned about not getting the showings we did on week one. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance!
