Hi Yoscar!

For starters, well done for diving into RE investing early! You're definitely in the right place. The BP community is full of experienced investors that can help you on your journey. I'm new to investing myself but, I can tell you that there are few websites better than Bigger Pockets when it comes to learning. If you haven't already, I'd encourage you to listen to the BP Podcast and the Real Estate Rookie Podcast. Episode 473 and episode 15 on the BP podcast are both about wholesaling. Also, if you use the search function here on the website and just type in "wholesaling", it will pull up 74 pages of blog posts and podcast episodes dedicated solely to the topic. That should get you started while you begin to meet other investors here in the forums :)

Best of luck to you, Yoscar!!

@Cade Olof  Thanks, Cade! I appreciate that! Will send you a message!

@Doug Spence Thanks, Doug! Just sent you a message!

@Mason Bushman thanks, Mason. That's awesome that you and your brother are a team. I'll check out Trent's book. I haven't read that one yet. And, you're right about talking to people everyday about RE investing! I'm practicing that part. Feels a bit like imposter syndrome at this stage of the game for me but I recognize the power of speaking my goals and intentions into existence. Thanks for the encouragement and good luck to you and your brother!

@Ross King thanks so much! I've been listening to Brandon Turner's book on purchasing with little to no money down and it's very enlightening. I also listened to the episode with Pace and I've been following him on his YouTube channel ever since. Thanks for the encouragement! I'm so excited to get started!

Hey Jeroh!

Nice to meet another UA Wild Cat! Thanks for your message. I had never heard of the NACA loan program until you mentioned it. I checked it out and it looks like a great program! Thank you! I'm currently reading all the Brandon Turner books and listening to ALL the BP podcasts. I'm basically studying real estate as hard as I'm studying in vet school. I've definitely looked into house hacking and I have my eyes on a couple neighborhoods near the University and doing some driving for dollars. There are some really unique pockets in this town! I'm definitely open to chatting with you about it :)

@Tiifany Youngren

It will likely be Bozeman. I’ll be there for a month so, I plan on exploring as much as possible. Who knows, maybe I’ll even find a deal while Im there :)

Hi Michael :)

I definitely plan on doing both. I just need to do one at a time from a financial aspect at the moment. In the meantime, I’m reading all of Brandon and Dave’s books, consuming all the podcast episodes and reading the posts/asking questions in the forum. It’s an awesome community here! Will definitely go Pro asap.

Thank you, Tiffany!

You’re definitely not the first person to say that and I appreciate how you broke down what you’ve gotten out of your local REÍ group. I’m attending another local meeting this week and the advice I’ve received here in the forums from people like yourself has helped me make my decision. THANK YOU!

Also, I’m jealous that you live in Montana. I’ll be doing a clinical rotation there next year and I might not leave. :)

Thanks, Brandon. I totally understand the value of "putting skin in the game" so to speak. Accountability to others outside can be game changing and I've definitely experienced that in other areas of my life. I'm even looking at posting in these forums and speaking with people like yourself as a level of accountability to myself in order to further my growth and understanding of real estate. I'm saving up for courses and masterminds like you've mentioned!
