 Can anyone recommend an inexpensive floor installer in the East Orange vicinity?  It's my first investment property, located in East Orange, and I think the estimate  to install flooring may be inflated.  Now searching for additional estimates. Would appreciate any recommendations, including those  on or off the books. Thanks!

Thanks!  I am hoping that since I am planning on renovating and the certificate of  occupancy is a renewal it will take less than three months, which seems standard in the work nowadays.

Does anyone have experience closing without a certificate of occupancy / CCC in Newark New Jersey? I've been told that it can't be done and I've also been told that it can be done, but with a fine. I had a temporary CCC which just expired and closing is soon- before another can be issued. Does anyone have any idea whether that fine is related to the cost of the property? Thanks!
