@Brett Durfee Hi Brett! I was looking over past posts and from October till now, was wondering if you have gotten any properties? How are you doing with investing? In February I got hired as a transaction coordinator for the David Greene Real Estate Team and got my license. We work side by side with the lending team that’s based all over California. If you need help, these lenders are working with David Greene and can help you speak with a lender that will help you out with your situation(if that’s still the case). @Sang Yi Hi Sang! I used to visit Torrance a lot so am familiar with the area. I think your best option is to talk to a lender. I work with loan officers who will send you a free loan application to see your best option. I think it’ll help to see where your parents are and what their best options will be if they don’t want to sell. Education is your best friend when you’re unfamiliar!
