I was just curious. I had a tenant before for 6 years, but was more of a friend didn't have any issues, this individual is damaging items and yet this person is putting up a camera. I think it should be the other way around. :) I was just wondering what my rights were as a landlord.

Can a tenant put up a security camera in their rental space without the landlords consent?
