I am also new to the forums and just wanted to say hello to someone in my area.  If you go to meetup.com and search for real estate investor groups in our area you will find like minded people in our area.

I am also looking for info on financing, buy and hold and flipping, so we are in the same boat.

Hello BP,

New to BP and looking to connect, learn and earn!

I moved from NY to NC. Have nearly 20 years experience as a landlord multifamily dwelling in NY. Starting over in NC and feel like a fish out of water and more than a tab bit overwhelmed. Have recently joined some REI meetups in the Triad area.

Interested in buying single and multifamily rentals and doing flips in the NC and NYC areas.
