I watched his pitch yesterday.  I thought the information was pretty much accurate on the pros and cons of section 8 and other info. I had section 8 properties and I like the space. I could have done better in selecting my properties. I sold the properties and want to rebuild.

So I don't have any interest in his course or help. It isn't that complicated.

"His" software I found interesting, but I don't believe he developed it. You can't purchase the software stand-alone (red flag for someone with some experience). I think this is white-labeled.

Do anyone have any information on this software or something similar?

I thought "his" software was interesting. I don't like one-time fees for software (he also says you can't buy it without signing up for his mentor/coaching program) because as a one-shot deal support, updates etc are usually pretty poor.  I have to think this is not his software but a white-label offering. Does anyone know anything about this or can make recommendations?

I am working with Bianca right now and on my first round got $73K in business credit. She is professional, takes the time to answer my questions.  I was very skeptical at first because I tried this with a competitor and they basically didn't deliver me funding and left me with a huge amount of hard inquiries.  Fund & Grow really takes the time to review and analyze your specific situation.  They figure out in advance who the best institutions are for you and your situation and they really do call, follow up and negotiate with them on your behalf.  The system & program is comprehensive. I like how they send you information on how to best utilize the business credit and credit coaching package to get you ready for the next round.  So far I am very impressed
