I have just started out and i read through the beginners guide. I was wondering which of the strategies is best for someone that will move around frequently for the foreseeable future? I'm currently a student butt attending different programs.

So which strategy is the most liquid? Id like to be able to make deals and exit before i move from each location. My impression was that wholesaling would be the best fit? am i right here?

are there any other suggestions?

Hi, im Stephen, originally from Seattle WA, now studying in Boulder, CO. I am completely new to everything real estate. I'm 18 years old and just beginning. I have no idea what im doing so my plan is to learn what i can from the forums and other resources even outside of BiggerPockets, then learn from an experienced investor. After i learn what i can i would like a mentor in the Boulder or Denver area to show me how deals are actually made.

Thanks for inviting me to your community.-Stephen
