Hey everyone! 

I am really interested in learning more and getting involved in REI. Due to many factors, I will not be able to purchase any properties anytime soon. I work full time as a treasury analyst and would like to find some part time work during evenings and weekends to help accelerate paying down my debts and getting me into a property faster. So, I thought I would throw a hail mary and see if anyone may be able to use my skills. I am located on the South Shore but am willing to travel as long as its reasonable.

Look forward to anyone's response or input in some other ways I may be able to get involved while working full time.

Greetings, 

My name is Steven Smith and I am 25 years old. I reside in Bridgewater, MA with my beautiful daughter and girlfriend. 

I work full time in an accounting position at a large corporation. I study accounting part time in the evening (BS expected Fall 2017, to follow along with CPA exam). I would like to start investing in real estate in order to grow my cash flows and start to build generational wealth for my family. I first found the BP podcast through the top ten on iTunes and shared with my friend @Marquis Harris. It has been fantastic.

I am very thankful that there is such an amazing source with all of the content here. Can't wait to get to know you all.
