Hey there we have two houses off Ashley road off Wilkinson Blvd and have owned for just over 2 years with moderate success to date. We use Kluttz for a property management company with great success. Specifically a lady name Dellene who we really like. We are also in search of new areas of Charlotte to invest and am curious of other neighborhoods people are having success in? We are interested in Single Family or small Multi Family opportunities.
