Hello!
I just found this site this morning and was instantly hooked.

I am a Real Estate investor with two properties in the Central Florida area (though I actually live in the panhandle). I have always been fascinated by real-estate but stumbled into the life of a land lord when my condo plummeted in value and was not an option to sell when I needed to move further north. I have been very lucky and turned it into a nice little revenue center that pays for the mortgage and makes me some extra money on top of that. Soon after the crash I was able to purchase a near by unit for the new rock bottom prices. So i have a nice little portfolio going at the moment.

My daily life consists of being a professional photographer (Weddings, Portraits and Artistic are in my portfolio but 360º virtual Real Estate is actually my big niche where I live) but I am always eager to expand on my little Central Florida experiment.

Having gotten bitten by the bug my goals are to pay down/off my rental mortgages that I currently have as well as expand the number of units I own. I see it as a great way to have some extra money to play with but more importantly a source for future retirement.

Glad to have found you all! Looking forward to reading through the pages and learning some great info and tips and tricks!
