I purchased a property in Mechanicsburg, PA (Cumberland County). Upon looking in the Cumberland "Property Mapper" portal, I noticed it still shows the name of the previous owner.

I was wondering if there is anyone can help with the Cumberland County portal links to find

1) Current and Previous owners of the property

2) Previous property sale history.

Hi All,

I purchased a property in Mechanisburg, PA (Cumberland County). When I looked up in the "Property Mapper" portal, I noticed it still shows the name of the previous owner.

I am curious if there is anyone can help with the Cumberland County portal links to find

1) Current and Previous owners of the property

2) Previous property sale history.

Any other suggestions are also welcome. Thanks in advance.

@Stuart I thought home improvements like flooring, bath updates, appliance updates under the name of a LLC help to offset W2 income besides the liability part?

@Gregory Schwartz Thanks for the answer.

Could you share what insurance you are inferring to?
