Hello everyone!

First post! And probably I’m ready for my first real estate investment!!! Always hesitated mainly due to fear or lack of knowledge. But I guess it’s never too late when it comes to RE investment!!

Came to know about a new SFH in New Braunfels area, ~1900 sq ft going for 334k. After some math, it looks like I'll be barely making a cash positive, maybe ~$100 per month. I heard that area new Austin are getting good appreciation, so trying to catch that with limited cash flow.


Good school district, near IH35, low property tax. Anyone familiar with this area? Already checked few rental homes in that area. Possible to get $2150 or $2200 for 1900 sq ft house?
