Wanted to see if anyone had some thoughts on good, but economical homeowner's insurance companies in the Detroit area. I live in FL and it's ridiculous down here now. I have a few rental properties I'm getting into and need policies for them. Thanks in advance!

Thanks so much @James Wise, I'll check it out.

Appreciate it @Gary Carver and @Dave Skow.  I'm looking at paying cash and the main goal is to cashflow in the immediate future.

Appreciate it Caleb.  I'll reach out!

I live in Orlando.  Prices here are through the roof still and with the amount of cash I have I believe it will go a much longer way and create a lot more cashflow in other markets.  I'm pretty much open to anything!  Appreciate the link up.

Appreciate the help.  I'd be very interested in connecting with your real estate attorney.  It pains me as a Florida Gator to help the city of Columbus but I'm willing to sacrifice for the opportunity:)
