Thank you for your response and for your offer, I will definitely keep you on mind! Are you able to explain what a syndicate is though?
Im not sure if this is the correct form to post this in but, I'm just getting started in real estate investing and I'm interested in buy and hold properties. I don't have a whole lot of money to start out with, but some family may be interested in helping. So my question is what's the best way to do a deal with multiple investors when your looking to buy and hold properties?
