@Ceasar Rosas

Hi Ceasar,

I hope your 1 flip a month is going as planned!

Thank you that helped out a a lot. I guess i'm trying to figure out how to prioritize my time, so I can work with retail mainly, as well as dedicate efforts to investors, because investing is what I want to do.

@Iverem Rose

Yes I live in the Bronx so that was going to be my primary focus when it comes to investors.

Have you had any success in finding a deal for an investor? If so, how was the process working with them?

Hi All,

I'm an agent here in New York City, I'm thinking about transitioning my business and working primarily with investors to find and submit deals for them.

Is an investor friendly agent a thing here in NYC?

I will like to know your thoughts!

Hey

@David Dachtera

I've done yellow letters before but I didn't get a good response. The main reason I wanted to go to the email/cold call route is to save money. I'm fairly new in real estate and I'm trying to come up with alternative methods that won't break my pockets before I make a significant amount of money.

I like the "asking if they know of any properties for sale" it seems much less intimidating.

Hi everyone!

I have a email list of people who are going through bankruptcies and their off market properties. Any tips on how I should write an email convincing them to sell, or at least preview their home without sounding offensive?

Also, do you think it's better if I email, or cold call if I have their number?

Thanks in advance!

Best,

Spencer

Hey everyone,

I've been lurking for about a week, this is my first post!

I've been a real estate agent in NYC for about 6 months, and I'm looking to start wholesaling. Is wholesaling different for a real estate agent, than non real estate agent?

Also, does a real estate agent that wholesales get paid any different?

Thanks in advance!
