Greetings,

I’m hoping someone can point me in the direction of finding a property(preferably duplex or triplex but doesn’t have to be) that offers owner financing without a significant down payment requirement. It would be great if the property was already occupied but if not, that’s fine as well as long as I am able to rent it out to a tenant fairly quickly. I welcome any/all suggestions and recommendations. All help is very appreciative.

Greetings everyone. I recently met a motivated seller that is selling her home for 70k, however she owes 90k on it. Is this a property worth trying to wholesale ? If so, what would be the best way to structure the deal? Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciative. Thank you!
