I am enjoying Privy and think it was worth the money I spent. I am fairly new and haven't actually got a deal under my belt but it has a lot of information and is teaching me about how to find deals quite well. 

I am new to it but I would assume you get the contract signed and sent to the title company before telling the buyer about it. 

I am using privy and am really enjoying it. I want to hone my comping skills and master the privy tool as much as possible. I was curious if anyone knew of a discord or a group where privy members might interact. 

I would like to start a small community of people looking to get their first deal. We can help push each other to take action and get through road blocks, keep each other accountable and get past this first step together. I have a goal of getting my first deal within this month would love to learn with other who are serious about trying and taking action. Hello everyone, I am looking to break into the real estate investment space. I am driven to make moves and am finally in a period of my life where I can invest. I consider myself highly motivated and have been binging research as well as working toward getting a real estate license which has been a great way to gain extra knowledge and is surprisingly affordable. The end goal is to flip my first house by the end of the year. I realize flipping is nothing if you cant find a deal. So, while I'm gearing up for the future flip, I figure it is a good idea to try my hand at wholesaling to practice analyzing.

I would love to speak to someone with experience in that realm as well as connecting with potential buyers, agents. I know I'm just another noob at the moment but I don't plan to be for too long. I hope to make connections that will be beneficial to both parties in the future.
