I'm thinking about starting my investing journey in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas. I'm relocating from Minneapolis, MN so i'm not familiar with the ins and outs of the city. Who are the best agents, and where are the best neighborhoods to buy for buy and hold properties? I plan on house hacking a multifamily with an FHA loan. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated!
