Hi guys,

We bought our first duplex in Provo (first rental period) this year. The downstairs unit needs to have its own heating installed. Currently it is tied to the upstairs, but when the upstairs is set to 70, the downstairs usually is around 55. 

We are trying to find a cheap way to get some kind of heating. We have thought about those Cadet wall heaters, but aren't sure how to install them ourselves. 

Does anyone have a good reasonably priced electrician or have advice on getting heat to the basement unit?
