Eugene Kemp good morning sir. I am new as well and just joined Jax REIA last week and it's only 300 the first year, 175 the and 99 the third year and there after. Just in my week I can say the REIA is WELL WORTH IT. Just in knowledge you'll get your money back with no issues. I say go for it and hopefully I'll see you around here or in Jacksonville. I just joined Jax REIA 2 days ago and hands down the best business decision that I've made thus far. As someone else mentioned earlier the the app meetup and you will find groups on there as well. Hope this helps.
