I invest in trenton. Prices have been trending upward. Good properties priced right get put under contract quickly. Very good cash flow.

Prices are going up. People making offers without seeing the house and putting properties under contract within minutes. If your not a cash buyer you really have no chance.

Cash flow is great. $500+ per month. Finding a deal is the hard part. Network and be creative to find a deal.

Have you seen improvement? Is it on the rise? How’s the cash flow or rental properties? What areas are good to buy for rentals?

@Gerald Boone it's going great so far. Rented it out for $1350 per month. Just completed a cash out refinance, I'm actively looking for more. Inventory has decreased with an uptick in prices. How are you making out?

How is your property going in Trenton?

Hi Fred, it's when you purchase a property for cash and can cash out immediately without waiting the 6 month seasoning period.
