Hello, my name is David Spence and I am by no means a master at the real estate game but I have been investing for about 5 years now. I started building Townhouses and have just within the last 2 years strated doing flips and wholesales. I am not at mentor status but I actually live in Mont Belvieu and would be willing to meet up or email or talk on the phone to help answer any questions you might have if I can.

Does anyone know of an institution or private lender that will do a 30 year land loan?

I have a current 15 year loan that I would like to convert.
