Hello all, I am Paul from Queens and Long Island. I am new to real estate investing and have been reading and learning as much as I can from others to be ready to confidentially jump in immediately. I would like very much to find a successful real estate investor mentor for help and insight. I have yet to do any flip or hold deals which is what I'm very interested in. I do own one property I that I rent, but that was a property I purchased some years back before I had the real estate goals I have now.
