Thank you all for the valuable advices.

It seems that after taking out all the safety repairs items and adding all items that were not approved or that I had to redo, I ended up demanding a 2K reimbursement, instead of the 4K debt I currently have, according to the PM.

Not sure how it will end, since the PM contract calls for a mediation, and since the amounts are relatively small and it could cost more to fight it in a small claims court, and then there is always an option to appeal to the Supreme Court.

Hi Nicholas, thanks for your response.

So there are examples of both - repairs that were not approved and repairs that went over the originally approved amounts.

I tried during the last year to sit with them and go over the repairs and the amounts. However it did not work and I got a demand letter from their attorney to pay the balance in full.

Hi, my previous property management billed me for the repairs which I either did not approve or the billing amount was much higher than quoted.

Since I received those bills after I left them, I declined to pay for them, and I received a demand letter from property management.

Is anyone have been in a similar situation? How would you recommend dealing with that and do you know someone who can assist?

The general contractor who was supposed to start the remodeling is delaying the project.

I exhausted all the personal options and I am looking for an attorney to deal with the situation and possibly with a  collection of the prepayment.

Please let me know if you could recommend someone.

I am looking to build in Sherman and Denison areas.

Could someone recommend a reliable builder?

I might have a buyer for you, if he will be allowed to work with the direct source. Please contact me if this is still relevant.

I have LLC with low activity.

I am considering switching from my attorney to online registered agent service.

What are the drawbacks and what do you think about in general?

I am considering switching from my attorney some attorney to registered agent company.

I do not have a lot of the activity in the LLC and my purpose is to reduce the cost from $300 to $50-$100 a year.

What do you thin in general about this?

Are someone familiar with the following providers in TX:

1. incorporatemax

2. texasregisteredagent

Unfortunately I can not disclose the details about the source of the offer.

But I really appreciate your answers here. I believe the BP is a great place for cooperation.
