I have been looking for a Realtor for about a week to sell my house and haven't received any call backs or emails. I'm in Philly. Does any one know what my next step should be.

If it is going to be a rental I wouldn't worry to much about the interior . I would make sure it meets the standards code and fire safety for renting. The area you are in doesn't sound like a great area from the price range so you have to take in consideration of they type of tenants you want and how much you want in rent also matter when approaching the rehab.
