Post and pop, I don't even know what that means, I will have to check my e-warrior urban dictionary:)  Sorry for delayed response, this is not my primary business.  The lot currently has 7 small houses (2br/2ba) being rented on it, full utilities.  The zoning is R-A-7000/Residential agricultural.  I am currently in the process of getting it rezoned for multi structures. 18205 E Cypress Street, Covina, CA 91722.  Fyi, I am new to all this and would appreciate any suggestions.

I have 1 acre of land that I would like to build on in co-op with a developer.  Do any developers actually come to this site?  Thank you for your time.
