Thanks for the encouraging advice @Account Closed. Yes, that is the plan. Already initiated initial communication with some of the investor friendly agents. Fingers crossed!

Thanks Daniel. I am in an all day training this week till Thursday. Let us get in touch on Friday. I will reach out to you on Thursday.

I am an out of state investor, looking to invest in my first home. I intend to invest in a 3 BHK single family rental, around 2000-2500 sq ft and good school district in the Houston suburbs of Cypress, Katy and Sugar Land.

Looking to connect with investor friendly agents with knowledge about the region to get an understanding  and initiate conversation.

Hello All,

I am new to BP and am excited to join this community. I am interested in REI and primarily trying to understand different strategies related to buying my first investment home. I am interested in cash flow investment. I am based out of CA and would like to invest in state preferably.
