I will rent every house for 1700$ for section 8 tenant government ....

Why to buy 15 homes? Because 2 -5 yers from now it will go up 20-40k every house ,the rent it’s going up I can rent for 1700$ each for section rent , the inflation it is to the roof ... 2-4 yers you will make 200-400k easy

All the 15 sfh are rented at 1400$ month and they are in the same community

How to close a deal and how much money do i need to get a 3,5 mil $ deal to buy a bulk portfolio of 15 sfr on the same comunity?
