Joseph, its been 4 months since your post, im just wondering how are things working for you know and what do you find most effective.

I find craigslist and backpage are effective as well as Google Places. I am considering hand written yellow letters, and perhaps your effective bandit signs you previously mentioned you knew of a place online where you could get them at a very competitive rate, hope you don't mind me asking where.

Im here to meet new real estate professionals and to reach new heights and goals in being a real estate investor/ whole sale manager. So far i know im good in internet marketing (SEO) and gorrilla marketing online... i also have experience of being the door knocker asking distress homeowners to sell there homes or to do a short sale with a broker before the bank takes over. I have had great success and would love to share my stories. I am here to meet people that enjoy doing business over the phone.. and can make things happen from there comfort of there homes, I recently met a group of asset managers who want me to sell commercial non performing notes some of these are in the millions and discounts range from 30-45% off market value... its just hard getting a willing buyer to purchase a multi level unit of lets say 200 condos in san francisco for lets say 15 million when the market price is near 27-32 Million ... other senario's are not that expensive but we do have properties that are in the 1.5 mil and the asset manager group want 700k cash ... where do i start looking for these types of sophisticated buyers.???..

I know i will need more experience and perhaps a few deals to share with a professional who can close these types of deals with big tycoon type developers or buyers

On another note im also here for making those little coins trickle in doing flips or selling wholesale or being part of a whole sale team... I already have buyers i just need deals in the sacramento area that make sense for all parties involved
