Hi Patrice,

The situation here is a lot stricter  - everything came to a holt as we are in "shelter in place" situation with realtors considered "Nonessential". I'm interviewing agents right now and we won't be vacating the property. I'm wondering if non-staging affects the price point of the property and what we could do to mediate for that. I don't want to wait since I'm worried about the market although we are in close proximity to Microsoft and Amazon campuses.

@JohnWarren thanks for the stats. Not sure what the local stats look like.
Beginning to interview the agents. All seem to have good track record. What is the best way to choose?

@jonathan Bombaci yes, that makes sense. I have started connecting with agents in the area. I checked Zillow "coming soon" and there's nothing there at the moment. Alhough one agent was eager to jump in the car and meet with me in person

@Anthoney Hanks that is a very thought-provoking suggestion. Thank you.

@Marlen Weber thank you and great advice. What advice would you have for someone like me when connecting with seasoned investors? What questions should I ask? I'd like to add some value but not sure what that could be.

@Anthoney Hanks, thank you. My goal is exactly that - put my marketing and relationship building skills to work to help a local investor(s) and hopefully learn from them as much as possible. I'm a quick study when I'm immersed in the thick and thin of things.

I loved staying home with kids and believe this was a really good decision. I admire parents who work and raise kids, so challenging.

@Damian Bialonczyk

thank you for the tip, I'm thinking that the virtual tour is the way to go here. I know some of the local real estate people have already moved in this direction

Hello, I have a private residence in the Bellevue area (PNW) and am thinking that we should probably sell now. ( we would need to sell it anyways in the near future but I'm worried that the market will tank and renting it out isn't an option for our situation)
I'm a new investor ( with zero experience). What would be your suggestion on how to go about it in this lockdown situation? We obviously can't vacate the property to do a showing. Should we do a virtual tour? Should we try to sell the house ourselves or through an agent? (I'm in the process of studying for the real estate exam but I'm afraid that we need to sell it before I get licensed) Any other help or words of wisdom you can offer would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Hello investors!

My name is Sophie and I'm a complete newbie but someone who has been really interested in real estate for many years now. I've been a stay-at-home mom for many years but before that was in corporate marketing for medical devices.
While learning to analyze properties is the main task I'm also looking to build relationships with local real estate investors, mortgage lenders and anyone else locally who is involved in this business. (we can do virtual coffee anytime)

Thank you for reading this post and please reach out to connect.
