Yes I know you are correct. Do you know of any rentals in that range then? 

I'm working with a young lady. She has 4 children and needs to move in less than 60days. Are there any rentals in Kansas that are $775.00-1K per month with 3bedrooms. She currently lives in Tulsa and will be moving to Kansas for work.

@Laura Stayton I don’t think you understand what I’m saying. I don’t need to hire a PM I don’t own rental properties. I’m a realtor looking for owners/apartment communities that pay a referral fee to realtor who sends them a tenant
