Hi @Jeff Flynn, thank you so much for your response! Could you recommend where I can start looking? I am taking a bootcamp with Ralf Rolfe (https://www.mobilehomeuniversity.com/mobile-home-park-invest...). Are there any other resources you could recommend to find beginner parks? Also, which geography would be easiest to start with? I live on the east coast.

HI,

I am interested in investing in ground up mobile home parks development in Florida and Texas. I am looking for advice from people who have done this in the past. Would greatly appreciate advise on how to start sourcing the land and/or connect me to land brokers who can help.

Thank you in advance!

I have built and bought a lot of them. If done correctly it can be very profitable. There are really two sides to the RV parks. Some are basically affordable housing and some are vacation type rentals. The vacation side is more of a business and requires a lot more work but the affordable housing side is less labor intensive.

Hi Mark, I am a founder of a startup helping RV park developers source land. Since you have built a lot of them, could you spare 15 min to share your perspective on the main pain points of land discovery? Any time tomorrow or Thursday will work for me.
