What are people using to manage/track their fix and flip milestones, tasks and progress?

Quote from @Bonnie Low:

Hi, Sonni! You're speaking my language ; ) We've been buying and renovating properties that have ADU potential for quite a few years now and about a year and a half ago converted one of those ADUs to an MTR and it is working out great. So great, in fact, that I have a waiting list of people wanting to rent it. Every time the lease is about to expire I wish I had 3 or 4 more units. It can be a great business model, but there's a lot to understand about MTRs because the niche is broad, but there's an art to matching your property type with the right type of guest. I have a virtual MTR meetup you're welcome to join if you'd like. It's an informal group that meets weekly. You're welcome to drop in, listen, ask and answer questions and get to know other investors in this niche. Send me a message if you'd like to participate.

I'd love to! Sent a request.

Hello All,

I am Sonni Harvin and the title is who I am from a business perspective.  I've done 5 flips solo and 2 additional with partners. I also have two LTR properties.

I/we are always looking for new deals in MI and I am looking for something near Fort Myers, FL as well.

I'm very interested in learning more about MTR and ADUs. I am open to creative financing advice as well.

I found their funding to be pretty useless as they ask you to bring so much to the table that you may as well not use financing. I used them once but never again.
